This year I am running for my second term on the Town Board. I am proud of the accomplishments that the Town has made during my short tenure. A few of the highlight’s during the last four years include: Significant upgrades to the Senior Citizens Center; Improvements and Additions to our Youth athletic fields; Creation of the Conservation Board; Decreased user fees for Highway and Water services; Innovative ideas that save taxpayer dollars and increase services, such as attracting the NYS Police to use Town Hall as a sub-station and fighting to keep Erie County Sheriffs Road Patrol in Town. As the last safeguard to taxpayer dollars, I personally review every bill that the Town pays, always keeping an eye open toward saving money in ways that do not affect resident’s services.

In addition to serving as Deputy Supervisor, I chair various committees including the newly formed Code Review Committee, which will result in an updated building code that will provide the framework for the future of Elma. I, along with Supervisor Mike Nolan and Councilman Denny Powers, have provided the leadership that will help keep Elma the Town that we all now enjoy, and one that our children and our children’s children will benefit from.
As a defense attorney I am sometimes required by the Bar Association to defend people accused of crimes against children. As a father of four young children this is a difficult part of our legal process. The experience has driven me to work rewriting Elma’s laws to make sure that crimes against children carry harsh penalties to protect our families.

On a personal level, I am a self-employed attorney, (earning my Law Degree while operating the Pizza Wharf), have four fabulous children, have coached various little leagues for more than ten years now, and truly appreciate your support in the upcoming election.
